SwiftBasket Express was born from a simple frustration: why does getting a carton of milk take 45 minutes and three apps? We built a hyperlocal quick-commerce platform that connects urban shoppers to the nearest micro-fulfillment hub with real stock, honest ETAs, and substitutions you actually control.
Our story
Traditional grocery delivery treats every order like a warehouse shipment: long windows, unreliable stock data, and rigid substitution policies that frustrate customers and waste rider time. We saw an opportunity to flip that model.
By placing micro-fulfillment hubs in dense urban neighborhoods and building operations-linked software from the ground up, we created a system where pickers, riders, and customers share the same real-time view of what’s happening. When an item is out of stock, you know before checkout. When your order is being packed, you see it. When the rider is two turns away, the ETA reflects it.
The result is a 10-30 minute delivery experience with fewer cancellations, higher trust, and repeat purchase frequency that proves people want reliability more than gimmicks.
